30-day refund period for certain products: unless you have a separate agreement with kodu.cloud, or, except as provided below, payments for all VPS servers may be refunded upon request to and approval from kodu.cloud within 30 calendar days of service activation. Products such as fully managed MML-NVMe VPS servers are final sale and cannot be refunded.

To receive a refund, you must contact our Сustomer Сare Department and provide the reasons for refusing our services. If our specialists will not be able to provide a solution or alternative service that will meet your needs, you will get a full refund. Refund is possible only to the card you purchased with.

If we receive a complaint about your server or detect an agreement violation within 30 days grace period the refund amount can be reduced or rejected completely (You may find out more about Forbidden Content and Software).
